WVIA session with George Graham Airing May 11, 9 p.m.
Hosted by George Gramham WVIA's Homegrown Music, will feature a session with Joe, airing at 9 p.m. May 11. Joe, along with Kurt Chiappardi and Deanna Murray, performed songs from 'May July' and a few other favorites. The sesson even offered Joe the opportunity to play a beautiful grand piano. WVIA session with George Graham from 'Homegrown Music'
In the late hours on a Monday night, Joe, his high-school friend Kurt and Dee Murray made the trek to Pennsylvania to play a live session at a remarkable public radio station, WVIA. The session will air in early May, but in the meantime, check out WVIA's Homegrown Music.

"Under The Scorpio Moon"
Joe Rathbone has fashioned a new sonic landscape for himself with his new release, Under the Scorpio Moon. Rathbone's latest effort features contributions from renowned producer-instrumentalist Brad Jones, Venus Hum maverick Tony Miracle, as well as drummer Craig Wright (Steve Earle and the Dukes.) Recorded in Nashville, the album was a co-production of Rathbone and David Henry (Guster, David Mead, Josh Rouse, Cowboy Junkies). On Under the Scorpio Moon, Rathbone turns in a poetic study in the art of simplicity - vintage-raw guitar and keys combine with techno grooves and stellar choruses to paint a picture of a world shifting beneath our feet.
